ZV777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Pakistani Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZV777 website, mobile applications and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the ZV777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZV777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

ZV777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ZV777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZV777 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds or place bets. Age verification checks may be conducted at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your use of ZV777 is lawful in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes, and not as an agent, employee or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from ZV777 or any other gaming platform with which ZV777 has a shared exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of ZV777 or any of its licensed game provider partners.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ZV777 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ZV777 will never ask for your password via email, phone or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately at support@zv777.io.

• Accounts must be registered using a valid Pakistani mobile number — this is used for account verification and, where relevant, for mobile wallet payments.
• ZV777 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage. Requested documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ZV777 will notify you before any dormant account fees are applied.
• Transfers of ZV777 accounts between players are not permitted under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the ZV777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZV777 does not accept foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance at any point.

ZV777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — instant credit to ZV777 balance
• JazzCash — instant credit to ZV777 balance
• NayaPay — instant credit to ZV777 balance
• SadaPay — instant credit to ZV777 balance
• Bank Transfer / IBFT — credited same business day
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — instant credit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. ZV777 does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any transaction fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank are the responsibility of the player and are not covered by ZV777.

ZV777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for any deposit before processing associated withdrawals.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ZV777 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though ZV777 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches at its discretion.

Before your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent time ZV777 considers appropriate — you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC, a selfie holding your CNIC, and proof of ownership of your withdrawal method. This is a standard KYC process designed to protect you and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day.
• Withdrawals of funds associated with an active bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met first.
• ZV777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transfer charges.
• Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional verification and are subject to ZV777 approval.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ZV777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, expiry date and maximum withdrawal amount — are published with each offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all ZV777 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms and typically range from 20x to 45x the bonus amount.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements can only be fulfilled on eligible games. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus period do not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• ZV777 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun meeting its wagering requirement will not be retroactively disadvantaged by such amendments.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no monetary value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• ZV777 may, at its sole discretion, limit bonus availability based on account history, playing pattern or jurisdiction.

7 Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on the ZV777 Platform are subject to the specific game rules published for each individual game or betting market. These game-specific rules take precedence over general guidance in cases of conflict.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the presiding dealer are final once announced. Technical malfunctions that interrupt a live game hand before its conclusion are resolved according to ZV777's standard malfunction policy: if the outcome cannot be determined from the available footage, bets are returned. ZV777's decision on malfunction resolutions is final.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed on markets that have been suspended due to a pricing error, data feed failure or obvious mistake may be voided at ZV777's discretion.
• Odds are correct at the time of bet placement. Late bets that are accepted after an event has started due to a data feed delay may be voided.
• In-play bets are accepted and settled subject to the current state of play at the time the bet is matched — not at the time it was submitted if there is a transmission delay.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and market. Maximum bet limits are published in each betting market or game interface.

ZV777 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet that was placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at obviously incorrect odds and bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ZV777 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, card games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software exploits: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts or any other tool that interacts with the ZV777 Platform in a non-human manner without explicit written permission.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing unauthorised payment chargebacks after receiving goods or services from ZV777.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one ZV777 account or creating accounts under false identities.
• Exploit abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or any other Platform vulnerability for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using the ZV777 Platform to launder, conceal or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.

ZV777 operates sophisticated risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions continuously. If an account is flagged by these systems, ZV777 may freeze the account and its associated balance pending investigation. Investigations are typically completed within 10 business days. If the investigation finds a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

ZV777 takes responsible gaming seriously and has implemented a range of tools and processes to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available in every account at no charge and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the time limit is reached you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from ZV777 for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period your account remains open but you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from ZV777. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or indefinitely are available. During self-exclusion your account is closed and ZV777 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

If ZV777's support team identifies behaviour that may indicate a gambling problem — including but not limited to unusually frequent play, attempts to deposit immediately after a session loss or language in support chats that suggests distress — the team is trained to offer information about responsible gaming resources and to suggest the use of available tools. 10 Privacy & Data Protection

In summary, ZV777 collects personal data to: verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud and money laundering, deliver customer support and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ZV777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, where ZV777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached in any material way.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal or money laundering purposes.
• The player is not eligible to hold a ZV777 account under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Verification documents requested by ZV777 have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A chargeback, reversal or dispute has been raised against a ZV777 transaction without prior communication with our support team.

You may close your ZV777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where ZV777 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZV777's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

ZV777 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of business opportunity or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures or events outside ZV777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that have been corrected in accordance with these Terms before settlement.
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider rather than by ZV777.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZV777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ZV777 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where the amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — ZV777 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or administrative updates, may be made without prior notice and take effect upon publication.

If you object to any amendment, you may close your account before the effective date and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you. Continued use of the ZV777 Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZV777 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by ZV777's customer support team will first be referred to formal mediation before either party may bring proceedings in any competent court.

ZV777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
